My knee cap prudes l protrudes out slightly and it moves outwards slightly when I fold my leg.

There is also a slight grinding feeling and clicking when I fold my legs. I am also a little bow legged.

Can these affect my chances or outcome of getting femur limb lengthening?

Hey stanmarsh,

Let's be honest here, no one on this forum is qualified to answer your question except for the doctors who have access to your x-rays and possibly a physical examination.

No comment on the knee, but if you have a deformity like bowed legs, you might even gain a couple extra mm from correction.
