You want to get to 189 cm with a sitting height of 91? Your legs would look way too long at that point.

Tall people slouch more when they sit, you can't tell their true sitting height just by looking at them. I doubt' there's a 6'3 guy out there with the torso of a 5'6 man.

At night,stand against a wall,with socks unworn(actually socks aint problems),press a ruler onto your head and and use a pen to sign the position where your head is shown by the ruler.And use a tape to measure the height.That's your exact height.

Very accurate, only off by a few mm(less than 1cm). Although stadiometer is the most accurate in my opinion.
