İs enfection  huge risk at all?
ilizarov or Lon is better about infection why ?

Infection is a risk, but not a huge risk.  Internals have a very small risk of a deep bone infection, while externals have a bigger risk of minor pinsite infections.

With LON you have all the risk factors of both external and internal methods, so external-only Ilizarov is better in terms of avoiding infection.

I dont know why but ilizarov scared me like a hell Lon doesnt look so horrible

You can do LON with Ilizarov frames.  The two aren't mutually exclusive.  I think you need to research the terminology.  Read this:

Internals are best all the way but next best thing is LON because it is partly internal and ads stableness to your legs that you do not have with external.
