Yes, I do.  Over the years I've seen LL become way more popular than it was when I first got interested in it.  People speculated the price would go down as its popularity increased, but that never happened.  Even though the number of doctors doing it and advertising it have increased, nobody's been lowering their prices to try and compete directly with another doctor/clinic.

Like with any other expensive medical treatment, the only way to get a discount is to take advantage of currency exchange rates and hope for the best in a 3rd world country.

I only see it going up. Many orthopedic surgeons that offer leg lengthening don't do cosmetic lengthening as their primary business, so they can afford to have a high price and say 'take it or leave it'.

Well then I have good news. There are at least 2 new internal nails coming up, one of them is currently being designed by Smith & Nephew. I predict LL prices falling within the next 5-10 years. Precice is currently almost a "cartel" in the United States - it won't be that way forever.

May i remind you that current nails on the market cost around 25K/pair.

it is not the nails that are expensive BUT the operating costs :(

Unless your nails will cost under 10 a pair ( for 2) i dont see how more nails will significantly lower costs.
