Objectively speaking, how would you view limb lengthening?

It is a long term investment. (If so, what exactly do you gain?)
- 5 (41.7%)
The arduous process of limb lengthening is a temporary sacrifice in order to actualize gain/greater meaning in my life. (If so, what exactly do you lose/gain in return?)
- 4 (33.3%)
I want this procedure done, but I can't exactly answer why. At best, I'm hoping that something good will come out of this investment.
- 1 (8.3%)
I feel like I'm in a state of need, and that investing in limb lengthening will help me gain the confidence I need to strive towards my goals.
- 2 (16.7%)
I don't necessarily have goals/why do you ask?

« on: June 22, 2015, 01:17:26 PM »

Welcome!

Please feel free to respond; if applicable, as everyone's (subjective) experiences may vary according to each person's perception, understanding, relationship, acceptance, and love (or lack of).

Perhaps certain hardships are inevitable in life, which all living beings are exposed to.
If possible, each response or expression of perseverance that each member(s) of this forum may share should be given an opportunity to be treated with respect, if applicable; for the benefit of the forum's members.

Thank you.

I chose I feel like I'm in a state of need.

because one time i was in 3.5cm lifts and walked by 4 groups of people and every guy was taller than me, i felt way too short even in the lifts, hopefully 5cm LL and a 2cm lift would solve this problem, at that height I would feel normal and would be the same height as a few of those men at least, at that point it's even playing ground.

I am 164.5cm anyway, im guessing people who are within 1 standard deviation 5 7 - 5 9 would have a different outlook, i guess the 'im not sure, lets hope somthing comes out of this' would apply to them.
