It's hard to tell with cloths on, you could hide a lot of it by wearing your pants low for instance. Although 180cm seems a bit much, -10 wingspan and 14cm's of lengthening will probably result in a disproportional look.
Most of us wanted to get +10cm's in the first place but the more you read here the lower your goals get.
Even one surgery is painful, time consuming, expensive and probably bad for your long term sportive performance. Only a few people do two surgeries.
You could do 7-8cm's with internals, it should be much easier to hide than tibial lengthening. 173-174 should definetly be a large improvement.

when i got on this forum, I was dead set on 10 cm also.  i read and convinced myself no less than 7.5 is worth it. Talked to actual doctors and that went even lower.

Wether or not your gonna change your mind, read the hell out of the diaries and forum posts to get an idea of what doctors you want, then go and consult with multiple actual doctors before you make your mind up because making a decision based on our suggestions is crazy.

If you still go for it then heres my opinion of the pic, it looked ok to me. I mean it was obvious you were wearing lifts but I tried to disregard that and I saw nothing wrong with your arms. Its obvious there shorter now that I tried to see it that way but on first glance I thought nothing of it.

But you are wearing loose clothing and that bag or whatever on your head makes it hard to tell were your shoulders start.

I myself don't give a   about proportions at all and thats the perspective of most of the rest of the world so don't worry about that too much.

But do read more; your worrying about proportions for lengthening +10 cm and not asking enough questions regarding use of your limbs during and after lengthening as well as complications(which there will be with that amount).
