What is the best way to do LL

shortest time best possible height I can gain? Seems like doing two surgery 3 weeks apart?

Because I cannot do one for 6 months and another 6 months in future even Lol I know this will give you max possible height

If you do femur lengthening with an internal device such as the nail used by Dr. Guichet you might go back to normal life relativly quick.
Doing two surgeries within 3 weeks does not seem advisable from what I know. You should ask disobedient about that.

Just doing one surgery is quite extreme, worry about the second one after -my guess is you'll have a very different view then.

Paley said its okay to do two, but 3 weeks between it.
 I just want to save time and cost. But never see anyone post two surgery diary

Pricice 2 is the one I would take due to less scar and more is more save

And any idea to handle the pain other than painkiller, by painkiller and？

still searching for faster consolidation, try be back to normal life as soon as possible.

Search for donghoonlee
There are many videos of 2surgeries' patients at the same time
As you go to Paley or Guichet i will go for you as free caretaker
