20% is pretty much max.  15% is recommended and 10% is considered to be safe. However, you don't really need to calculate it. Just do femurs 8cm at max and tibias 6-7 cm at max. 7-8 cm of femurs are relatively acceptable for most of patients as long as they use internal rods such as stryde or precice.  For femurs, internal rods are really necessary and I really don't recommend external methods for femurs such as monorails.

Tibias are more tricky. 5 cm is probably fine for most of people and from 5.5-6 cm it will be dramatically harder and harder. 7 cm is pretty much max for almost everyone.  I know some people have done more than 7 cm at tibias, but really don't recommend that no matter what.  Regarding tibias, LON or Stryde seem to have similar outcome of lengthening. However, as all know, Stryde is much better for many reasons than LON although it is also much more expensive.

well my tibias were already quite long for my height pre ll (5'8) so i couldve done alot more easily but due to aesthetic reasons i only did 4.5cm. it is around 11% of my original tib length. But in my experience from what i have seen ppl who did uptil 20% did fine if the surguery and recovery went well without much complications. Beyond 20% is unsafe.

Hi Alamin
Main reason to oppose femur LON+monorails is much more painful than internal. The second reason is that this method has been done mainly in Turkey and some or even many patients seem to have many problems, although some came out of successful outcome.  CLL is a serious surgery and a demanding procedure.  If there is even slightly higher percentage of any complications as compared to other methods or doctors, I don't want to recommend.  Plus, their price is not that super cheap. Just be patient and save more money and go to better place for femurs.
