Knee flexion contracture - knee braces?? knee splints?

Do these work if I wear them to sleep? do they keep my knee at close to zero degrees?

I have about 10 degrees knee contracture

dr said its not good

please go into more detail on your contracture.

I have contracture in my right leg probably.

I can straighten both legs, but at rest they don't want to just be straight?

how do you measure your contracture?

how do you measure your contracture?

cant straight my right leg unless I press hard on it for 10 minutes or walk for 5 minutes.....

I guestimated the angle..... dorsiflexion Is probably good, as my doctor says

but my doctor scolded me. left knee is bad, right knee is horrible.
