Say you get equinus and through walking a lot and stretching you are able to correct it. Do you need to maintain vigorous stretching each day for the rest of your life to prevent it from coming back again? Has anyone fixed their equinus only to get it once again by not continuing to stretch their calves daily?

yes it is fixable. time is all that is necessary. even for like 10cm ballerina. in fact just walking will fix even 10cm.

however knee bend is really a bitch to fix.

I don't need to do anything special anymore to keep my equinus at bay.  Once it's gone, it's pretty much gone for good and you can live a normal lifestyle.
