is there any interest in renting my place?
« on: February 11, 2015, 04:51:59 PM »

Dont know if this is an appropriate thread, but i have a luxury apartment in new delhi. would anyone be interested in renting to stay while they recover.

I plan on setting up a couple of networked gaming pc's to make recovery less boring. There would be a maid and another helper there.

Anyways, trying to figure out of there is demand for such a thing and how much per month is it worth. Any feedback would be appreciated. Also questions would be good. ;)

If the mod does not want this kind of thread please remove it. I just thought it would be good for community

Im not sure about exact proximity of doctors. Ill get back to you. Its by a bunch of medical centers though.

I dont know what a good price for it would be. Does anyone have the price of other such patient houses? a while back i had heard of 1500 per month including food and miscellaneuous. Im open to suggestions

Hi there, I am from Hyderabad-India, willing to do LL next year or so. First question I would like to ask you is if your are a LL aspirant or just advertising your rental flat here?

Anyways as we are community members here and I believe so are you, rent should not be driven by what a member here is willing to pay but rather by market price and probably 10-15% more as a promoter of this helpful deed.

Post photos of your flat with details and area in Delhi. I will do a bit of google search about rental price in your area and say if you are reasonable on quoting your price. But am sure it must be nowhere near $1500, but again I am sorry if I am wrong as it depends on the area. Pleas post the details of the flat. Cheers

Very well done, my friend. I don't like people using this forum to make money.

$1,500 monthly seems pricey for New Delhi. That's how much I paid for my hotel stay in Mumbai - breakfast, wifi, cable HDTV included - where hotels are generally significantly more expensive. Then again you said you have a luxury apartment. Some pictures would definitely help in people determining how much they'd be willing to pay.

Its at ambience catrinoa. just google for some pics.

I want to get LL myself and no im not advertising. That place is my own personal place. If i see there is enough market i would have to rent something Purpose built for housing many people.

i myself am considering surgery in mumbai. Like i said. If no one is interested im fine not even trying to think further on this

Looks like a nice place. Less than 30 minutes drive from Sir Ganga Ram where Dr Dhawan does his surgeries and from Rockland Hospital with Dr Talwar's team.
