Probably not. I know your situation at that age sounded bleak, but remember the boy Michael Jackson apparently molested, Gavin Arvizu or something similar?
Well he got diagnosed with cancer when he was 12 at like 5'1, and his family mentioned that the doctors told them with all the stress of chemo, lack of sleep, repressed cellular growth, he wasn't going to grow anymore. (Chemo literally kills cells, so how can you grow, makes sense right?).
Well he ended up growing to be 5'7 still, and had a growth spurt during chemotherapy.
It's extremely common to stop growing at 13-14, most people usually grow 3 inches maximum afterwards, but most people who are say 6ft tall were about 5'9 or 5'10 at that age anyway.
Your mom is 5'6 and your dad is 5'11. It doesn't sound like an unreasonable height to reach honestly. Had you been significantly shorter than your mom, maybe, but you are within normal range.
Also I think people on here tend to exaggerate how bad their living was during their teenage years, if you were actually starving or lacking sleep, you would've developed serious health issues before realizing any legitamate stunted growth. I'm not trying to downplay how bad you had it, but it was still relatively good for the human body.
