Can you describe your pain? What do you mean with true pain?

I had only pain from the skin movement around the half wires and some muscle tightness (which wasn't bad), but nothing at all what you are describing.

But to be honest they pain will get worse over time, especially because of the pins, your skin will be worn out and your body will want to get rid of the exfix and you will get more infections etc. etc., so prepare yourself mentally for that. Also the real pain from wearing them for a long time will get you soon as well, that will be the worst part of your LL-journey...

I wish you a lot of power dude, you'll need that.

same as 123 said, is it the skin surrounding the pin area what hurts you ? if yes then even after stop lengthening you may still have some pain, especially if you are an active person like you moving a lot or do pt a lot

but if it was muscles pain due lengthening. yeah I can assure you the pain will decrease a lot from day 1 or 2...till it will kinda disappear.. maybe you should go for some muscle relaxation tablet I found those help me a lot . also maybe you should give yourself break for one or two days if the pain was unbearable
