weaker versus stronger bones?
« on: December 24, 2014, 09:29:36 PM »

Do you feel if you do a lot of fitness you know weight lifting, running, martial arts, plus body building you have built up the bone strength over time that LL would be harder for you then say...

Someone who just is in shape but did not do all of those things like many people do regardless of their height who want to look better and be more confident?  Not they aren't it's not like you have to do that stuff anyways.

But how do you feel?  Leechlet did a   load of LL but the thing is, compared to a lot of bigger guys they can't do it.   Do you feel that if your bones aren't as long for your height it helps?   To not weight as much try to lose some muscle in your calves so that you can lengthen more?   I kinda feel the load on the tendons stops people to LL all the time.

I'm a bodybuilder and other than having to press down hard on the magnet it was fine. I'd say it helped since upper body strength helps a ton.
