I've seen some blogs saying that doing some regular stretches like cobra and pull ups for 5-15 minutes a day u can gain up to 2 cms of temporary height , I don't see why they should lie, its not like those programs that say 4 inches in 8 weeks, if u think about it , it sounds very possible and here's why:
-it may correct your posture and gain something like 0.5-1cm
-during the day you can lose up to 2cms,so if you stretch your morning height and strengthen your spine you can be 0.5-1cm taller than you were previously at night
If it works here are the positives:
- you stretch your arms and your spine
- you can cut your LL goal by 1 or 2 cm if you do more than 5cm
- by combining the 2 positives above you get better proportions (arm and torso length) and better athletic recovery with same height as if u were doing only LL by 2 more cms
I also think if you do the strectging exercises and the pull UPS in the morning and at night for 10 minutes with proper sleep and nutrition for 8+ months u can gain those 1.5-2 cm, some of it permanent and some of it temporary, by its still height and every mm counts for us
