LL produces a lot of stress and free radicals.

of course, each person handles it differently physiologically  and psychologically

but did anyone experience accelerated aging after LL?

looks-wise, mentally, biologically,etc

apparently from what I read, trauma creates a lot of free radicals, esp. fractures.

vitamin C levels in ICU patients are very low and supplementation increases it, and reduces free radicals and inflammation.

so I think doing all this will be very helpful.

and of course making a positive mindset, and doing the exercises!

one of my main worries was accelerated aging in the few months, but I am taking good care of myself and to be honest, I feel good. I don't have any stress or anything. just focus on my recovery!
