Tibias is just "harder" than femurs. Higher risk of complications, less blood flow to those muscles than the ones on the thighs, takes longer to heal, more visible scarring, etc.

I've read that long legs is more common in people of African descent. It's apparently more heat efficient. Personally, I think long legs (up to a certain point) looks good. Definitely a better problem to have than having short stubby legs.

You're not going to get X-legs as long as you go to a reputable limb lengthening surgeon. The big bodybuilder guy went to a clinic in Turkey of low repute.

Just don't. Lol. LON femur in Turkey is just asking for trouble. There's a reason no reputable doctor in the 1st world does that procedure.

Some people can handle 10 cm, some people can't. 10cm on one segment looks weird on some people and on others it looks fine. Hard to say until you've actually started going through the process.

8cm is the accepted "safe" amount to lengthen on femurs and I personally wouldn't go past it unless you have really long tibias or something.

The Betz nail is an outdate piece of limb lengthening technology. Precice is the most state of the art. I would go for the Betz nail only if you absolutely need to be walking as fast as possible (eg. your job requires it) and Precice Max isn't an option.

If you're going to space them out, then you should do femurs first. You might find that just femurs is enough to resolve your height dysphoria and decide not to even do tibias.

This also can be partly due to inactivity and atrophy. Athletes have a lower resting heart rate
After 6 months of low activity and nearly no intensity, paired with probable weight gain would definitely raise it

Wow. Thank you so much for your detailed answers! You said you are stretching a lot in the morning how much do oyu invest in stretching for a full day? Are you working or are you fully concentrate on your process.

Nice, I am happy for you and it encourage me to do it as well due to your good feedback, also 8cm is big big change, how do you feel about your new height?

So you would recommend Dr.Becker a lot? I had already my consultation, but I am still concerned about complications, but till now I haven't heard anything bad about Dr. Becker.

Thanks again

The same goes for me. How much does your heart rate increase approximately per minute? Mine is as shown above.

I'm curious whether the heart rate will drop back to its original state after recovery is complete.
