After returning home working on my rehabilitation. Doing intense physiotherapy by self. Doing cycling 1 hour a day. Working on my tendon Achilles to normalized it. Doing standing 2 hour a day. Started walking with support of walker at home. Still not confident to walk without support maybe independent walk will come after few weeks so working on it hopefully will get it soon. Callus formation is satisfactory and good enough. Pain is little bit there while doing standing after some time Pain will disappear it's self. So Currently not taking any pain killer after frame removal. Attaching my latest xrays.

I wouldn't wait around for Precice Max. By the time it comes around, you would have already been done with Precice 2.2

Those are both pretty safe. Femur lengthening, in general, is safer than tibia lengthening as long as you stay under 8cm.

Being long torso'd is a good base for doing LL. In general, people will do femurs if they only do one of the two segments. It's safer, has a better recovery, less noticeable scarring, and allows you to lengthen more than if you just did tibias.

We are opting for similar amount, we will lengthen more slowly, which is good but takes more time. I still prefer to spend more time on it than have long-term problems for additional months or even years, thus I am fine with that.

I am planning also between 7-8 cm I have different leg sizes one leg is 1cm smaller than the other so I get 7cm on one and on the other 8cm, so that would be my goal

The day of frame removal had arrived, In the operating theatre, I requested an additional 2mm lengthening, which the surgeon performed along with a tendon release to address the ballerina effect.
Post-surgery, I faced intense pain and inflammation in my leg. Despite IV medication, relief was hard to come by. I spent a night in the hospital under careful observation, battling a fever and discomfort. The following day, I was discharged and returned to the guest house for the next phase of my recovery. |

Yes, online. I wanted to make it done 2 months ago, but I had to postpone it because of my career's shift. I have financial stability now and I can relatively get one month off and then continue working remotely (even part-time). I am thinking of staying 2-3 weeks in Germany and then stay in my country that is one of neighbouring countries. How many cms do you want to get?
