I stretch mainly my quads everyday. I stretch them out for at least two hours a day. My quads are tight from the surgery and have been tight before I started lengthening. My left leg has been weaker and more painful than the right. However, it is getting stronger.

I also think this story is fishy. Unless this guy had something seriously wrong with him (which then it wouldn't apply to us anyway), his plates definitely would've fused. Additionally I wasn't able to find any information other than that minute or so in the podcast
For what reason a guy in his condition and with 0 to do with the LL comunnity would say on a podcast something like that? I mean for what reason? that does not make any sense. He was 26 years old when he got shot, so his plates were closed. In fact the podcast moderator confirmed "he was huge" on a reply in the same video. Why would two people lie for something like that?

I am not the most well versed in forearm lengthening, but I have heard it is more dangerous than normal limb lengthening which already has potential complications as it is. Is this solely for cosmetics (and forearms not being deformed)? Because if it is then getting forearms done would be unnecessary imo as you could just get humerus lengthening, which would be more inches and safer overall.

Lim Chang-moo, head of the NewBORN Orthopedic Surgery Department in Korea, has 5,000 cases of height surgery.
How many doctors do one doctor have 5000 cases?
NEWBORN Orthopaedics is undervalued, but I think the surgery is the best. And the price is cheap.
He's the only doctor who can talk to the patient on his personal phone

you 2 boys are so thick- comments about others when you'll never go near this surgery - how can you POSSIBLY know anything - does it advance anything to call people contemplating & then going through this procedure  retards?? - again, why are you on this site?? - pure, total, thick donkeys, citing 'rnew research' into 'retards' & 'stem cells' and avoiding 'difficult parts of LL' - have either of you done LL?? & you NEVER will - it's like criticising body-buolders without going the gym - how can you possibly know anything?? - go read a few books 📚

Hey I guys, I want to go for forearm lenthening, but I have been waiting for a long time for appropriate technology to be developed before I go for the procedure.
But then I saw a video of forearm lenthening on youtube-  by Dr ghasaan salameh. So i mailed him some questions and got these answers:

1.whether forearm length in safe or not?

results showing safe procedure on my new method of forearm lengthening as i developed a new fixators it two small fixators for each Ulna and Radios .

2. Some people say there is loss of hand/ forearm movement. Is it true?

yes maybe but not in my new developed method which keep pronation and supination even during lengthening.

3. What would be cost of lenthening 1 forearm 1.4cm?

15 000 euros .

4. How much time would it require?

maybe around 4 months to fully consolidate

5. Can it be done using PRECICE NAIL?

No

6. How long will it take to recover and regain normal hand movements and strength?

around 4 months , but even during lengthening you can use your hand.

What do you guys think about this? He says it is safe due to his new technology. Has anyone got any type of lenthening done by him? Or anyone who went for Forearm lenthening please share your opinions.
