I started doing it few weeks after i got out the hospital. The hotel i was staying at had a gym. I was very inconsistent though, but if you have the motivation and energy its possible to start right away. My pain levels were two high first 3 weeks after surgery  so i started around 3 weeks post op. Just used dumbells for biceps, chest, shoulders triceps, and forearms workouts 2 days a week. I was also on a wheelchair with precise 2.2 so i got decent results.

Hey man,
I do not not know why I need to tell you this but DO NOT go back to Turkey. Get a loan and get your legs fixed by a proper deformity/LL surgeon. Otherwise, you are risking permanent crippling.
You had massive problems throughout which your doctor was at fault for. How can you even trust your doctor now after all this ordeal??? Please wake up.

Also, get on teriparatide (Forteo) which may initiate callus formation without another surgery.

Good luck. Do not be stupid and please do not screw up your life for good.

Thank you, man, for your concerns !
After you have read in detail my story... do you really think I am stupid and I need to be woken up ?
If I am stupid, what do you think about those men who did LON, or Betz-Gnail, or who's going to india, etc ?
My doctor is good and nice, maybe the best in Turkey. Of course I would never have gone to other surgeon in Turkey, except Kucukaya... because I know they are not good.
I explained in my first page very clear and detailed why I chose this doctor. It was the only reasonable solution for me...better than Giotikas.
Who knows, maybe I am not lucky, so many bad things happened to me...

And, regarding Forteo hormone, I am not taking medicines by myself, like an idiot... Every medicine is recommended by doctor, otherwise you can disturb or even ruin your health. This is the reason doctors spend so many years in medicine university, so they can avoid this !

Your feedback scares me a little.
I’m supposed to have the operation in December in HCM.
Should I cancel and go to another clinic?

By the way, which surgeon do tao work with?

I’m close to 4 weeks post-op. Walking with crutches video above
I try to cycle a little every now and then
https://imgur.com/a/vaUL1Vu

I’m a little antsy for my xray appointment this Friday, as I’ll know if everything is going okay or if there are any issues. I went to PT today and they noticed I still have slight swelling. Pushing their finger into my foot, it leaves an indent that takes a little bit to go away. I have full ROM and no tightness yet, I don’t really anticipate much since the releases.
Assayag advised .5mm a day but honestly after the first xray /followup I started doing .75mm which is the max safe range for tibias, but bad as this is against his orders/advice. I’m hoping there’s no issue, as you cant tell much about bone formation from the first xray so I should have stayed in the conservative range. I just really want these fixators off. During the day I am busy so it’s not bad, but at night I cannot relax at all, and it’s so tough to sleep. I started taking my oxys to sleep a couple nights ago, and also due to pain. I’ve been getting a throbbing pain in my left knee at night, that’s bearable but like a 4/10. It’s not nerve or muscle pain, but I think inflammation pressing on the joints. If I push on the area it’s painful, and it doesn’t fully go away even with Tylenol and inflammation medicine. It’s normal from what I’ve read, as you adjust the TSF. I’m not worried about getting addicted, as I was on xanax and opioids for a few months with my femur fixators, and although it was hard I quit them cold turkey after fixator removal. At this point it’s whatever helps, and I’m just trying to stay patient. Sometimes I feel really down and sometimes I feel okay. Whenever I feel down I try to remember how much worse the femur fixators were and I pushed through that. I’m just praying my formation is good and I’ll ask if I can maintain .75mm. That will allow me to hopefully get these off in around a month and a half, which seems like a short time for a regular person, but with fixators it’s a big hill to climb over. A few months total is not long at all, but you get slightly detached from society during this process and I miss my social life and friends.

Lol never heard of a surgeon offering a "10 year warranty".

It is a company that provides bone lengthening as a service that tells patients it has a 10-year guarantee.

Surgeons are only employees and are not involved in management.

Apparently there are other branches, but the one I took was in Ho Chi Minh (I asked Tao about the branch. I don't know if it actually exists)

Doctors are employed, but the company can only provide one doctor, and if the doctor quits, the service ends.

I had a revision surgery done elsewhere, but the moment the surgery was successful, they lied to me, the patient, to cover up their mistake.

Information will be released at that time

If the information is not disclosed by next year, please consider my revision surgery a failure lol
