Tbh just the long term heart stress I've heard of so frequently. Unsure if this is due to new mass the heart isn't used to supporting or if it's due to stretched out arteries + capillaries.

Embolisms.

None. It'll suck. Tons of potential complications. But when you've been by yourself for 15 years and people openly laugh to your face about your height/walking funny.....you have to get the surgery like as if you needed a heart transplant.
Or are we talking about that 5'8" guy who thinks it'd be cool to be 6'2" if it wasn't risky? It's risky, plain and simple. The list is very long, but if you need to surgery, and i mean NEED it, all you can do is get the best surgeon and follow their guidance. Worrying about the risks too much will hinder you.

Embolism for sure. That can actually kill you.

Embolism and DVT what else they can kill you apart form the fear of not walking correctly / drop foot .. But when you are short then risking life is not that bad eitherway you are not losing anything at all in life.

vision problems and brain stroke from fat embolism
https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/diseases/23995-fat-embolism-syndrome lists "vision problems" as one of the complications
some patients for Dr Bikrtholz and Debiparshad have reported this already.
