I’ll be getting this done,
Any feedback for those that got Precise 2.2 removed, what were some improvements vs when you had them in.

Well apparently not many have gotten them removed. Got these babies removed at a year and 10 days and kept them as a souvenir and reminder never do it again lol Jk I don't regret doing it but i just wouldn't fck with my tibias.
Procedure went well, you just bleed a lot more than when you put them in but its normal. Ask for at least 20 pieces of gauze and 20 clear plastic clear wraps before you go in for surgery. You'll easily bleed right through the one you get in surgery.
I walked right out of the clinic, the feeling i have now is like when I fully consolidated, when I was clear to walk without crutches or walker, wobbling like a penguin for a few days. Pain is night and day difference though, just feels really sore.

Getting the hardware removed is a lot easier and smoother a process than the initial surgery. Some discomfort, swelling and tenderness for like a week or two after getting the hardware removed. But, once that goes away, you feel way better.
