Title: LON tibias 5 cm. How much time until im able to walk unassisted again?

Just that, with the adequate physiotherapy, supplements and vitamins, walking with a walker for fastening the consolidation process, and so on. And ofc being the external frames already removed
I need a optimistic, an neutral and an pessimistic time projection
