Title: Stretching after Distraction Phase

Hey guys, i am curious how life is after the disctraction phase. I am still lengthening and stretching every day. But how will it be after i am finished. How long do i have to stretch after i am finished with lengthening? And does it correlate to the amount i am lengthening? It would be great if you can share your experiences. Thank you!
