http://www.limblengtheningforum.com/index.php?topic=84745.0
here is my old thread that i want to continue with a new subject.
today i was thinking of driving and how my right leg gets alot of blood rushing down my foot when i sit. i was wonder if this is going to affect me when im sitting n driving. probably have to stop every 20 mins to massage my foot from all the blood flow. my right foot has a problem with the nerve . i got a light numb feeling on top of my foot. not sure how long thats gonna go away but i heard in 6 months.
I feel pretty weak standing up n walking the first 7 steps. feels like 40%
this is gonna suck when i start driving again for work. hopefully my energy gets back up in a month or two.
-
i am feeling alot of muscle tightness on my calf. not sure what else i need to do. i just bought this to help my dorsiflexion ballerina foot. https://www.ebay.com/itm/176100119204
i usually feel it in the morning and when i stand at a fully straight position my ballerina feet is preventing that.
-
Did you end the lengthening phase?
-
yeah i did. im 8 weeks out after frame removal. my back is having alot of pain rn. im trying to stretch it out and it doesnt go away. im slowly practicing walking without crutches. i tried going up a step and it seem like i need to lift more weights on my knees. i can barely go up lol but with crutches its easy.
-
just saw a guy got his nail removed but one of his fibula didnt connect together which is strange. not sure whats going on there. all his other bone looks healed up though. lucky on my last xray there was light bone almost connected on my fibula. i started smoking cannabis concentrates again after 6 weeks of bone consolidating. hopefully im still bone healing because i get alot of nutrients everyday. i dont smoke cigarettes though so thats a plus.
will get a x ray in 2 months when i find a place. they cost so much compare to vietnam. its like $20 for a xray over there.

Doing CLL in countries like Vietnam is madness...
-
the doctor was quite busy. he knows what he is doing. ilizarov has been here for 20 yrs plus. nothing wrong with it. just a matter of choice. if i had money of course i would of done it in las vegas. im still burning through cash like mad everyday without a job. had i went to turkey and did it. my family would be wondering why i would be going there . i have no intentions going there. so going to vietnam was a great decision for me.

A Vietnamese butcher doctor is trying to find customers. classic fake diaries, with only x-ray pictures, I can even claim that I had surgery and the surgery was on Mars. I just want you to know "Nobody is interested in the country of Vietnam and its doctors" I would rather be in Africa than have surgery in Vietnam. Ilizarov and Vietnam in 2024. pathetic... Also, if you really had surgery, where are your pictures and videos? I'm not talking about xray images. You are like giotikas and betz fake diaries...

you’re too harsh
ilizarov is the cheapest option especially if you don’t want to go to a third world country
and
I don’t think he ‘s fake otherwise he would only speak good things about the surgery

Fk off bro. U keep dreaming about ur surgery. The doctors waiting for u. U going to Asia to do surgery when its available in the US. Stop comparing me and your doctor. I can tell u no one gives a about ur rude comments of ilizarov and 2024. 100 more patients will still be doing it. Because hes a skilled doctor. This has been around for 20 plus yrs. It's not gonna disappear . And I can tell u ur favorite doctor still does ilizarov .

Hey beemer...
Can you describe how do you feel now? Any issues? How can you walk? Do you feel hopeful about recovery?

This kind of surgery was being done in Vietnam way before it was as popular as it is right now.
All diaries can be faked, even from popular doctors. Everything needs to be taken with a grain of salt.
Perhaps he just wanted to share his experience. If you think it's fake then don't use the forum, as many diaries look like this.

today is 2 months after frame removal . i can walk without crutches after warming up from walking around with crutches. i dont do it often because my gait waddles so i use crutches. i can walk with 1 crutch as it helps with the gait too. i started driving again and picking up my own food. using only 1 crutch to walk in and carry the food with the other arm.
i just do alot of stuff over and over at night my calf muscles sometime is tight. my ankles feel tight most time at night time.
i use the angle board with a chair and sit closely with bend knees and put weights on above my knee to stretch my calf muscles. after i then use the angle board and extend my leg while sitting and put weights on above my knees to stretch out my knee.
i use this rolling chair https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CJDSC94C?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1
bought 2 . one in the bathroom and one to use around the house. when in the morning i dont feel the need to stand. i also use it to walk around sometimes it help with one hand on it.

seems good
can you stand straight?
-
i can stand but having problem being fully straight. when i walk im waddling. still need pt to be fully stretched out. my left achilles feel like its being stretched out as of late. i need to reduce my pt so i dont do anything bad to it.
i feel it burn when im pushing a shopping cart and adding some weights to it.

Beemer have you heard anything about negative cases in Vietnam?
This user claims to have been butchered there but didn't share the doctor or any details.

sound like the guy had problems on his femur in ho chi minh . my doctor only does tibia lengthening. theres not much info about that hospital so i chose not to go there. i had some one come in to clean my pins. sometimes it hurt because my skin was tearing a bit and it was kind of annoying at times because it was every 2 days.
i also got a partial refund on my account because i didnt stay the entire time. they gave me cash because i didnt really want to deal with direct deposit.
-
its 10 weeks now and my knee is kind of stiff eveytime i sit and stand. its just not a good feeling at all. i can walk after warming up without crutches but my gait is really bad. i hope to fix my gait within end of februrary because i need to get back to work or apply for uber taxi. i dont walk as much around the neighbor lately because its been raining and when its not it gets sunny.
i had a close call one time walking and moving too fast. i think my locking nail could have bended but after looking at my old xray its locked tight so i hope it didnt. also the nail is really bother some under my knee. its been like that for 2 months already.

I really wonder, does anyone believe this fake diary? Let me write a fake diary right away. I had surgery in Vietnam and grew 100 cm. Vietnamese doctors even performed my surgery in a zero-gravity environment so that I would not suffer ahahaha But I'm sorry, I can't send pictures and videos, you will only believe my posts because you are a fool who believes everything you read LMAO It's surprising that there are even doctors in a country like Vietnam, ahaha, and these people are trying to advertise this new butcher doctor.
-
U must be a retard coming into my post all the time when I told u to fk off. U truly are a forum troll. U don't want my diary to be posted then fine that's on U. But I will continue writing. Keep up the negatively. It's what u are. I ask u stop writing on here. If u want my pictures so bad then why don't u search for it. I've posted a picture before.
U are the only person on this forum who keeps up writing negative comments of doctors and my diary. Do something for once. Where's the moderator when u need one.
-
I'm just writing my own diary and being called fake about it. Trying to defend myself from a forum troll. This the life of limb lengthening or what. If u don't like my post don't write nasty comments. It's already bad out here for a limb lengthener.

after some research i find myself having pretty good accommodation compare to the U.S. doctors. first i would have to look for a house airbnb to stay at for 3 to 4 months not knowing i would get kicked out. buy a wheelchair n crutches. then i would have to arrange for PT as some doctors dont provide it for you. i paid for everything here in vietnam. a high end apartment and 2 hrs of PT 5 days a week. got a caretaker, got food made for me. the doctor all provided me. xray is included. all the nurses were young staff at the hospital . i would of stayed longer in the hospital. it would be something to think about because overall i didnt know what to do if i had done it in the U.S. would of taken longer to think about.
precice max is nice and something to think about in the future but at 80k+ i dont know. i would be taller than most my friends. i would be 5'11 at that point. dunno would probably only be worth it if i had a great job attached to it n a nice gf. maybe when im 40+ . there seem to be alot of LL after 40+ .
-
what's the name of the doctor and what city did you perform the surgery? what's the cost of the surgery and the cost of the accommodation and everything else?
-
dr doan in vietnam hanoi. cost was 25k for everything for 4 month stay. add like $60 per day or something like that.
lately i been working out for 2 hrs n rest n work out again a little less n stretch n so on for the whole day. seem like my ballerina foot on my left side is coming back when i rest for like 2 hrs. when i rest for 2 hrs i stand up and i get the full stiffness and then i need to warm up again to start all over. the muscle contracts really bad. from what dr paley say on his website i need 6 hrs of pt every day. so i would think 8 months of 6 hr pt from start to finish is alot of work haha. i wasnt ready for this. i guess the younger u r the stronger u are.
im like 176.5cm with my shoes morning height but still feel short by another 5 cm. i guess my body didnt grow just my legs that went up making me look small. should be ok for now i guess. alot of actors are this height. or i should come up with an excuse to go greece athens for precice 2.2 or south korea haha.
-
going to describe how im feeling today 3 months after frame removal. looking at my scars and its alot. didnt realize that but it should disappear in a year. i think its the iodine staining my skin. hopefully it goes away. my left ankle is stiff and sometimes curve back to the original . while its not bad i can feel my foot curve back and i get a small lift from the feet ( ballerina feet) my right foot is fine while i did have it, its pretty much fixed. my left foot only has ballerina feet for 10 mins after i do some stretching it goes away. my right foot has some nerve damage still on my top foot. feels like pins n needles. just an annoyance not much of it.
im aiming to go back to work in 2 weeks . just light work doing doordash. its gonna be a pain finding the apartments when im lost. i usually dont walk that much only around the house . i am in so much debt now. i need to work again. starting april my apr goes from 7% to 25% . so i need to do something about that quick.
thinking of doing femurs if i have the chance. i usually take long breaks at work. so maybe in 2 yrs after a long hard work . i want to remove my nails first and have my nerve damage heal up before i do some more lengthening. my choice is dr beckers and staying in germany . germany would be a great place to stay long term n get to know the area. my estimate 49k surgery 8k hotel stay n 6k food cost. maybe need a caretaker? maybe start practicing my angle and how to click lol.
by that time precice max would be everywhere by then. i heard afa lengthening mentioning they will have it soon. so the prices is gonna be so cheap. gonna be busy everyone is gonna do their surgery.
rn im kind of breaking out on my forehead. not sure whats happening.
im taking a viagra like substance to help with healing. i hear it promotes bone growth so im taking that. gives me energy. i kind of dont like it because it gives me alot of facial hair but it helps with the bone thing.
i watch alot of movies and i recommend this korean movie " men of plastic " its about a doctor getting famous for doing surgeries" haha it reminds me of this surgery.
-

What are you actually taking? Are you taking a peptide or is it something else?
-
chinese medicine to try to gain a few cm. its called icariin 98. derived from horny goat weed. i also have peptides hexarelin and ghrp-6 but i havent used that in awhile. im sure it will help with recovery. i feel i dont need to take these anymore to try to gain height . rather then live a little longer. only to speed recovery while i smoke weed lol. it kinda makes ur head bigger if anything.
-
my back been hurting since i been walking without a cane. when i wake up i can feel my back bending. nothing is improving just my bones i guess.
been thinking about precice max and how its going to cost me an estimate 100k. im just going to wait until the end of the yr to see bitcoin going up and withdraw that. it sounds like a pipe dream but theres no other way to make this surgery happen lol. i just want to get it over with but i have nerve damage on top of my foot and want to resolve that before i lengthen more on my legs. hopefully when i lengthen my femurs i dont get nerve damage or even reaggravate my nerve damage . also i want to avoid 3 surgeries. i just got approved for a 15 month 0 apr credit card so its helping me alot while i recover but even then its maxed out. i can imagine going to las vegas or henderson nv and finding a caretaker and staying for 2.5 months. cutting my itb . just the little bits . currently my tendons feels pain after walking then sitting down. i can feel the pain and soreness on the tendons.
as for pt im doing squats with done bells , step ups, bending the ankle on high ledges. doing the same thing everyday. just switching up exercises.
-
what rate did you lengthen at?
-
i was lengthening around .75 to 1.2 mm a day. on my right leg it hurt to go alot so i just stayed 1mm or a little less. if u meant how much i lengthen . i lengthen 5.5 cm
its 4 months since frame removal and i have started working again. doing deliveries. getting out of the car and walking . going up and down stairs . just helping me with physical therapy rather then stay home n walk around. not making money. getting into a lot of debt lately so i need to work . i wear a zip up jacket so it can hide my gait walk. i kind of waddle when i walk. so far its been getting alot better. i bought a door hanger to hang my back. my main new excersice is having knee bent and having my shoulders on the side of a chair. like an L position and have 15- 25 pounds dumbbells on my hip and lift up and down. then do squats with 15 pds. feels like gait really improved after that.
just my left ankle is kind of bother me its stiff and doesnt let loose . i dont have ballerina or anything.
my knees are stiff at times and i can walk it off. but its not 100% and will not be . as i need to warm it up most times.
i get bone pain sometimes at the site where i lengthen on my right leg. i put a knee brace over it so it have less pain i guess. holds it firm.
my new height is pretty amazing. im not short and im not tall. i can fit into shoes, sum with a small lift and buy nicer jeans with a wash. i walk in public and can fit in. but i do notice people are 5'10 average and up. saw some shorter guys that are alot shorter. saw a few friends and i notice im taller already when they were taller than me before. some already tall friend seem like they are really tall now that i think of it. i dont think if taller friends would notice u grew lol since u were already shorter than them.
definitely different than vietnam where alot of guys were shorter and it was harder to gauge how tall people really were like the western world.
if i go precice max in the future i would go 6 cm - 6.5 cm so that would be like 11.5 cm total so my wingspan is not too out of it.
i can imagine walking out of surgery or a day or 2. doing pt and walking so getting up to strength real fast. but lenghtening for 2.5 months in the middle of no where kind of sucks.

Hi beemer, I've recently contacted Dr. Doan customer service and they told me they are not performing Illizarov anymore, only LON. Any idea why? Thank you.

Maybe you can share the new pricing they have with LON?
Im gonna paste their response:
"We currently offer lengthening on the tibia using LON method. And with such method, our doctor usually advises to lengthen 6-8cm.
Here is the price plan for tibia lengthening using LON method:
STANDARD PACKAGE - OPERATION ONLY: US $15,000
Including surgeon fees, hospital fees, implant costs, nail+frame cost, analgesics, 8 nights in hospital after implantation, 2 nights in hospital after EF removal, hospital meal.
PREMIUM PACKAGE - OPERATION + ACCOMMODATION: US $15,000 + $2,500/month accommodation
Including surgeon fees, hospital fees, implant costs, nail+frame cost, analgesics, 8 nights in hospital after implantation, 2 nights in hospital after EF removal, hospital meals + Accommodation and meals in one private room in a 2-bedroom apartment, 30 hours/month of physical therapy"
Cheers.
-
i have no clue. maybe the doctor likes the lon method. perhaps its better at walking im not sure. whatever it is dont pass up on getting this surgery. if ur 165 cm i recommend it. brings out a newer self i guess. not that much pain. if u feel pain at 5.5 cm and ur not comfortable then u should stop. the pt guys recommend 6-8 cm but i had complication on my nerves and slight ballerina didnt want to put too much pressure. the guy next to my hospital bed did 5 cm didnt go pt with them. a few forum guys did 5 cm so yeh they will say ur the only person who did 5 cm should go more. oh well. i was gone for along time too and miss my home. the caretaker there wasnt the best. so yeh precice max is out so i have to think of some how to get money for that. still another chance at lengthening. im also not young where maybe u can gain the most . my nerves was hitting n yeh. i heard if u did precice 2.2 u wont have much nerve irritation.
i feel like those chinese guys that does leg lengthening in secret lol. u never know who does it and they're all tall now.
-
jus want to share my experience today meeting with friends. we had a party today and we were in the house and i was barefoot notice my friends still taller than me. maybe by 1 or 2 inches. not by much still didnt accomplish my goal. i guess these guys were really tall from the beginning. im like 5'7 barefoot but my back slouches a bit n my friends are maybe 5'8 and 5'9. so if i get my 2nd surgery i will be 5'10 or 178cm . with a 6.5 cm gain. i guess i wont be 6 ft and tower over ppl but just live a normal life after my 2nd surgery.
there were few a friends that knew but i quickly dodged it. didnt want to let everyone know. its better to have it a secret like what i been hearing on the forums.
i need to save like 25k for a home to stay for 3 months and pay my car bills during the time. a couple months of food. withdraw like 75k from my accts.
i feel like my bones are fully consolidated while i was smoking marijuana concentrates. so i did the unthinkable lol.
plan to remove my nails next summer when things are hot. a little vacay. from there decide if i want to do it before summer or after summer for my 2nd surgery.
-
Stuff like this definitely makes me tempted to go back for a 2nd round myself. Started 171, now 180, could do a supposedly easy 5cm to get up to a near perfect height of 185. $15,000 is absolutely peanuts for this sort of thing.
Everyone there seemed pretty OK and happy? I live in Vietnam (although I'm not Vietnamese, and it's Saigon, not Hanoi) and have never had any issue with any medical stuff here although I've only ever needed to go for minor things.
-

Pretty reasonable. How much was your total cost including extra days/medical bills/PT/etc? How was your experience in the the hospital, was it clean and did you stay the whole 4 months as an in-patient or did you stay in another place? Did you also do PT there and did they provide one going to help you do PT for you?
I'm worried on the language barrier esp with the PT. The doctors should be competent enough to talk to though right?

Could you have done .75mm daily for soft tissue to catch up or was there a risk of premature union? I'm considering at a slower phase as much as possible once I do this primarily for the soft tissue.

So they only do LON for now huh. I don't plan on tibias myself atm since I already have long tibias and it'll look weird af to have tibias longer than femurs, but this may be a good option if I consider double bilateral in the future. What hospital is this btw, I want to look it up for myself.
-
the hospital was pretty good. everything is detailed and organize. i stayed an extra day because they had mainly grl staff and they were nice. u get released from the hospital after a week and stay at an apartment complex. its high end. i dont think my doctor do femur lon . he only specializes in tibia lengthening. u can go for .75 mm . i did 2 months lengthening and 40 days recovery. no extra cost besides taxi and a little food because i couldnt eat some of the food at times. they had a Canadian guy at the time did like 8cm on his tibias. using google translate most times. it gets boring if u cant speak to them lol. he stayed like 5 to 6 months i think he wasnt in a rush. as i was rushing because i missed america at times lol and i couldnt pay some bills with the text verification things. oh well im going back for nail removal and it cost like 3k .

Thanks for the reply. Can you give me the name of the hospital you had your surgery? I also wouldn't mind staying longer personally.
-
i think the hospital name was bac ha hospital. its been awhile i need to search it up.
-
Hey thanks for sharing your experince.
I have also seriously started to consider this option with Dr Doan in Vietnam. I have talked to him about standard package and then finding accomodation myself. He says there is no problem to get nurses and pt to visit me if i live close by. So i think this will save my alot of money since they living and renting costs are so low.
I want to increase 5.5cm so that means 55 day + 2 months recovery. Does that sound enough? You see, i work in a food market so its not super physically demanding but still i need to be active with my legs back adn forth. I hope 2 months is good, otherwise i´ll add one more month :)

are u living in vn? i was a foreigner so i didnt know much. they wash ur clothes for u. bring food to u. take u to take xray with grab taxi. u have to go back n forth in a car. sometimes its demanding. u can ask grab to get food for u too. but have to meet them outside. i felt 2 months of recovery was ok. but 3.5 months and i was ready to work. walking wobbly but yeh. 2 months u wound still be on crutches if u plan to work like 8 hrs a day. i mean 2 month of recovery people do it because they were young. im not that young.
as for my legs i can do a full squat. i feel my knee buckling but if i have a knee brace it would help. i hope it goes away over time. when im lifting one leg up the air i cant do a 90 degree. its pretty bent when i lift my leg. no clue how i can fix that. its like 35 degrees from being straight. i probably need more elasticity in my knees.
morning leg stiffness still exist. my left foot still needs to be stretched out . but im not tip toeing. 5.5 months now.
i can feel the burn on my foot when im stepping down stairs. like its not fully stretched. maybe like 4 months it will be fully stretched and i can run down stairs. running i cant do that yet.

are u living in vn? i was a foreigner so i didnt know much. they wash ur clothes for u. bring food to u. take u to take xray with grab taxi. u have to go back n forth in a car. sometimes its demanding. u can ask grab to get food for u too. but have to meet them outside. i felt 2 months of recovery was ok. but 3.5 months and i was ready to work. walking wobbly but yeh. 2 months u wound still be on crutches if u plan to work like 8 hrs a day. i mean 2 month of recovery people do it because they were young. im not that young.
I live in Sweden bro. Im 169 looking for 5.5cm. Im willing to spend as much time needed so i dont come back with a visible walk/pain that will hinder me from working and also avoiding suspicion from people lol. Ok, So you are saying its taxing to go in and out your home for different services? Well i would rather do the extra effort than to pay 2500$/month for their hospital Accomod. which i think is a ridicilous overprice especially considering how long i intent to stay. Im not rich trust me. Did the nurses come to your own apartment or did u have to go to hospital? Did you also have girl companion or something like this? ;)
Im gonna be around 36 years old when i do this surgery so im no spring chicken either lol. Ive seen people 40+ doing this so im not that worried, but i understand its gonna be taxing. Ok so 3,5 month in total and you could walk normal (with little wobble)? That not too bad, so we are talking lengtheningphase + 3,5 month or is it 3,5 total?

Its very interesting what you say about your current status. How much PT you do now? Howw much walking? Could you share videos please? It would be very helpful thank you!

It was lengthening phase + 3.5 months. I was at the apartments they had. The caretaker lives across the building walks by n does her stuff. The pin cleaner and pt comes by every other day by moped. I went to the hospital like once a month to take xrays that's a out It. They bring u breakfast lunch n dinner if ur thinking of staying there. I'm not sure if there willing to travel to u. The caretakers but the pt guys will cus there mobile.
I don't do much pt now. I'm just walking everyday at work like 0.8 miles everyday. My work is my pt cus I walk up stairs n move all over the place. So yeh I recommend it at 169 cm. Life changes . The doctor does alot of home patients daily. Patients that goes home n don't need accommodation but uses pt on side.

Bro this sounds amazing. I have to check only if he can make so the caretaker can come to my place, because how else can i change bandage and clean the pins? So maybe ill have to pay extra for home visit which is ok for me since i dont think it will be that expensive hopefully.
So u where there for about 5.5 months och so 1 month/cm lol. Not too bad. Do u wish u stayed there longer? Maybe 6 months?
I work in foodmarket so i will move all day and sometimes maybe lift some thing that might be medium heavy but that is rare. I work out in gym about 3 times/week and do heavy lifting especially on squats and deadlift. Do u workout since operation?
Man i look so much forward for it. I just need to save up aproximately 200k... and then my life will change i think. My legs are too short lol and its a missing link because im quite successful now but it kinda ruins the whole package when u walk around like a oompa loompa short legged freak! Its like people subconciously dont buy your confidence and they dont take u as a authority, especially when they are taller than u LOL.
Do u have any video u can share bro? Like walking/running? thanks alot!

i stayed in vietnam for 3 months and went back to the states after and train after that. the grl can go change ur pins n stuff cus shes mobile but the care taker is different. they do food runs and clean ur clothes. i wish i had stayed longer because it was cheap to eat over there. i had alot of bills i needed to pay that i couldnt pay overseas because my fone needed to verify by text. i couldnt do that. u also need a visa for a 6 month stay. i also miss my home. sometimes it was just too boring.
i dont have any videos. just writing a story not a youtber or anything. my leg looks alot longer than before which is a plus. i watch alot of nba players leg and there really long sometimes i want that lol. but 5.5 cm is enough growth. because i couldnt take the pain at the time.

Was it a single room? Is it possible ot sit at the desk for 3-4 hours and do some basic works from this facility?
-
What do you mean by friends that knew? Like they knew you had surgery or you just grew taller?
-
i told one of my friend that told one friend. then my family have relatives that told my other friends so it goes in a circle. my friend tried to let everyone know but i quickly dodged it. ill soon let them see my height now slowly because i rarely hang out cus of work and then i will get another 2 inches and they will figure out for sure.
i had a master bed room there was another room that has a shared bed that rarely gets shared just a single person there. theres a bed outside in the living room. theres like 4 or 6 of these apartment rooms so yeh its shared. near vinfast reception building. so when u practice walking u will see all these people working at that building. looks like a tesla sales building but in vietnam lol.
sometimes they may put u with these ppl that want to fix their bowl legs no frames. different surgery but it will be fine. i got a grl roommate n she was hot. she went to fix her bowl legs. also had another roommate.
i recommend this surgery. save up 25k as fast as possible . get ur 6 month stay visa and do the surgery. save 3 months of ur time. might be harder if u were speaking english but yeh it will do. hard as in speaking to the hospital workers during surgery or speaking while ur doing pt for an hr or 2. maybe google translate but during surgery u cant use ur fone its put away.

for some reason my leg didnt turn out as straight as possible. on my left leg is kind of curvy. i remember something had happen to the turning points. i had 3 n 1 of them was problematic. maybe thats why my leg looks kind of curvy a bit. i mean bones are straight and matches. but my right leg is straight n left leg is kind if curvy like from the muscle or something. i should take a picture soon.
i have no bowl legs or anything when i wear jeans its even straighter than before. but the muscles or something looks curvy from the right leg.

interesting development. Have you talked to your Dr about it? Whats his opinion?
Anyways thanks for sharing photo. How is your walk now? Fully normal? Also did you see this guy warning everybody not to ever lenthen tibias because of the overwhelming pain? Is the pain that bad really. Im pretty tough mentally i can handle most pains.
Im on my way to save up for 23k . Im maybe halfway there, i just hope Dr Dao doesnt retire when i have all the cash saved up lol. I really dont want to go to india ;D

yeah i saw his post but dont think about it really. just do the surgery . first month get through it. happy days are here. after the next month just watch ur pain level . gets dull and boring just relax. it gets difficult but u cant stop now ur getting taller. try to aim for 5 cm+ . dont go below its not that noticeable if u want tall gains. i mean 2 inches is awesome for someone that wont ever grow again cus ur bones are closed. less than that something to think about.
i can walk normally i just need to be warmed up. when i stand up after relaxing for too long i sort of limp. after like 2 or 3 steps my legs feels stretched out then i can start walking normal again.
its like an old man getting his ability to walk again. ur not explosive like u are now. where u can stand and walk instantly.
at night time my knees feel like it needs to be stretched out . i think its the cold air makes the nail harder to move around or something.
i havent contacted the doctor lately. im far away from him. too bad i dont have any before and after pics on my legs. so im not sure if my legs looked like that from before
-
so its about 8 months since my bone consolidation. im walking mostly normal. sometimes i lose balance just standing. i feel my bone growing but havent taken a x ray. i been drinking n partying like the good old days. not worrying about anything anymore like trying to grow height. im old anyways. i can run down stairs but with a weird gait. when i stand right after sitting in my car i have this weird stance but it goes away quickly. when im running down stairs i feel sore muscles in my shin. i think i just need to do it alot. i cant jump because the nail hits my knees. i can put my hands on a bed and jump so i can practice that so i get used to the feeling. my calf muscle has balloon in size like the old days. doesnt look like long tibias anymore. oh well. my scars is still there. all the pin scars is visible like i did surgery. my foot still have nerve damage when i scratch the top foot. i can feel some pain like numbness pain.
im trying to clear debt but the debt keeps coming. i plan to do another surgery in janurary februray but my debt keeps raising. i only got like 6 months left to pay it off with 0% APR. i will get another credit card for 1 year with 0% APR when i do my femur precice max in las vegas. right now my investment have gone down alot over 30k so i hope it goes up again. or ima be 5'8 ish for a while lol.
im getting stronger and can lift cases of water at my work. not afraid to take offers at work now. ill be like 5'11 to 5'10 or so with short arms and short torso but it would be worth it.
its like a new paradigm being short to mid height then the next height average/ looking good.
taller than most my friends now with shoes something i gotta get used to.
-
Bro read your diary it 's inspire other. Bro did you loose body weight during lengthening phase?
-
Hello. Very nice post.
-
my calf muscle was skinnier for sure. i was taking alot of protein so i didnt lose much weight. now my calf muscle looks big maybe i been walking alot like daily. lately the price of crypto has been dropping . i probably need to save up even more money to do my 2nd surgery. i've lost so much this past week. i need to find another way to do this surgery. i just want to do it asap because i feel great after my first surgery. but after my 2nd surgery alot of my friends will notice and ask questions. so far im taller than alot of my friends and they havent question me much. i dont really want to talk about it . i guess when the time comes ill have to confess about it but really i went through alot, 2 surgeries so far, a device on my legs and everything haha.
ive gained alot of debt and plus another 80k surgery lol ill be a slave for awhile.

You said you had ballerina foot at one point. Did it go away by itself over time?
-
i did get ballerina feet on both sides. i had a PT guy who helped me and every week after frame removal it would go down 1 cm every 1.5 weeks. it was a workout routine everyday. after i was able to walk without crutches like 2.5 months after frame removal i jus wear slippers and walk around it helps alot. putting weight on my feet. i couldnt go bare foot as its alot of stress. im still walking with slippers. i do feel the tendon on my feet needs to get stretched out everyday.
recently at work i almost got bit by a small dog. i dodged it with my bag. cant imagine the dog biting my leg as i still have nails in my legs.
lately been wearing air max shoes and it boost my confidence alot but in reality without it im still short. i need more gains in my femurs but its just a process of waiting for the right time. when i did my tibias i cashed out my crypto too soon and would have alot of gains if i cashed out later but i wouldnt be like this now which is healing.

Im still following up this thread from time to time so please keep updating! :)
