Title: Clavicle lengthening

I'm considering doing shoulder lengthening to improve my wingspan so it relatively matches with my height after LL (i basically need a 2 inches increase but don't want to do arm lengthening due to risks involved). I've researched the topic and it seen it can make your shoulders wider only by 1 inch maximum. It's not that bad i guess, but is there really no way to widen them further than just an inch?

Not on topic, but is there a surgery that allows you to make smaller your pelvis/hip bone?

I think so? I'm sure there is one to make it bigger atleast, saw it somewhere.
