Title: Is it possible I grow any taller naturally

I got a wrist x-ray and my growth plate is closed but what could be the chances the growth plates in my legs or spine are still open given that I'm 21 and my wingspan is 4.5 inches longer than my height? And can going on HGH help at all at my age?
