Why is the woman a low IQ idiot? She might have preferences and prefer a naturally tall man.
This thread is just trying to highlight the privacy dilemma that many face. It's not about getting women or not. You can find someone without doing LL as well. It's just that there seems to be a special obligation to declare this surgery to a spouse.
