Yes, with a very heavy weight limit.

I have delayed union on right leg, But I'm worried the nail will break if i walk, is it better to use a cane/elow crutch on my left hand to take off the load from right leg or can i walk weightbearing fully given the fact i'm literally 50 kgs.

The nail will be fine.  But sometimes the screws that hold the nail in place can come loose, especially over time and with a lot of movement, so watch out for that.

The nail won't but your leg might if a screw gets too loose.
