After much research, i've realised that, there is a big difference between 7cm and 8cm in terms of recovery, stress on the joints and such.
I am about 174.5cm, arguably, 175cm. I wanted to be 183cm, but what i will now do is be content at being 182.5cm
If i am 175cm, then 7cm should boost me up to 182cm. Glucosamine, stretching, and the likes, will give me 182.5cm night height, should allow me to reach 183.5cm in the mornings and 182.5cm in the night so, a 6'0 guy.
I've decided that...7cm , plus stretching, posture, glucosamine, changing my hair style, will push me into the weak 6'0 club.
That 1cm will mean about 2 weeks off my lengthening, and probably like, 2 weeks of the additional rehab after.
At 6'0, most guys claim 6'1. Even some 5'11 guys claim 6'1, so being a proper 6'0 guy, i could claim this without worrying too much.
I might, indeed, do 7cm on my left leg / 7.3cm on the right, we will see depending on how it goes.

Good luck. When and where are you going to do this?

I came to the same conclusion from researching things.
- Dr. Giotikas I think recommends 7cm or less (though he does allow you to do more if you really want)
- Dr. Birkholtz says that 6.5 cm is the safe limit and then complications shoot up exponentially
- Dr. Nemer from Ukraine I think also recommended 6-7cm on femurs max
- I cannot remember completely, but my memory is that at least 10 years ago the average femur lengthening for Guichet's patients was somewhere between 6-7 cm
