Title: sneakers that add some cm
Post by: somedude on September 25, 2022, 07:40:54 PM
Hello, I'm looking for some shoes that add a few cm to train in the gym, my budget is 100-110 €, it would be nice if they had some coverage to add some lifts occasionally  :P
I have been looking at some but it seems that they are all around €180

seems like most short women wear "dr" martin bex to compensate so it wouldn't be unfair if you did the same. perhaps it's not the best shoe to wear to the gym but if you're doing compound lifts it wouldn't look weird to be wearing boots for support.

Some air max models add around 4cm.

If youbcare that much about your height in the gym, just use a 2-3cm insole in normal sneakers. It will give you more height even than air max 720 which is the tallest sneaker I even wore and give indeed 4cm true height.

Air Force 1s are a must-have.
