Title: Was HGH injection invented by USA or not?

 Hey guys I am recently into HGH injection and I am wondering if this injection was invented by USA or European countries.
 And I also wanna know how common is it among ppl in developed countries and the rate of parents who know of HGH(and O.C they know it's important to inject HGH in their children if their children are too short).
