Title: Which doctor offers LON LL for the cheapest price?

I was looking for to lengthen my femur and tibia. So I have already noticed Dr. Buldu from Turkey. Price for LL is 16000usd.
I am from austria. I've seen the thread about the Russian Dr. Kulesh and Dr. Solomin. Unfortunately opposed to Buldu - I haven't found a full logged diary of several patients who undergone the Lengthening. And someone told me all in all you have to pay for the temporary habitation in Russia plus visa around 15000usd till 18000usd.

I always heard people here saying there are other doctors which are better than Buldu and offer the surgery around the same price. Please tell me. Which doctor do you mean?
