is it true that with betzbone method we can gain until 10 cm on only one segment ?

The betzbone goes up to 12.5cm so in theory it is possible but I wouldn’t recommend going past 8cm in the femurs even if the nail allows you to due to higher chance of complications.

thank you for the advice , yes for sure 8 cm on femur is the safe max limit
