Title: Internal nail for tibia

    Is it possible to stretch the tibia by 3 inches with a precise/stryde nail in one operation? I've only seen the femur being mentioned but not the tibia.

Ps. I can only afford one operation

He succeeded in lengthening the tibia by 7.6 cm with LON. 
In theory, I think it is possible to lengthen the same length with STRYDE.
However, he seems to have done physical therapy very hard. (7 hours a day)
I think an extraordinary effort is needed to achieve 3 inches in the tibia.
