A few months ago i walked into a hard edge wich hit directly on my knee. The pain lasted for a few minutes and the next day i had minor pain on the backside of the knee region. This minor pain have been around from time to time since. I can walk and run without any problem and without any pain. But i feel there are some weird noises from the knee when i squat for example. Could this cause problems for me in case i do LL?

Your LL surgeon is the best person to answer accuratly.

Don't worry about asking a doctor, the forum can answer your question with 98% accuracy

Make an appointment with your physician.

If he wanted the opinion of a doctor he would go see a doctor or email one if the many surgeons that do LL.
But he doesnt want the opinion of a doctor, he wants the opinion of the posters on this forum.
I say you can still do limb lengthening 100%, it won't cause you any problems either. I wish you luck on your journey, this injury won't stop you from fufillig your dream of getting taller. God Speed brother

yeah im a bit worried about it, so maybe its best to go see a doctor. Was thinking if maybe someone else had similar experience.

Actually it’s an orthopaedic surgeon or a physio he should get an opinion from not a doctor or general practitioner they are not qualified to diagnose knee problems either despite the constant assertions from members on this board

But a doctor or general practicioner will commit him to the right professional.

Honestly can't tell if your trolling or being serious.

I agree general practitioners doctors are not qualified to diagnose knee problem. However I still think it was smart of him to ask a forum of unqualified unlicensed people because I think we are qualified to help him with his medical question.
Like I said you'll be just fine

Why the fk would i not be serious. Im not here to get a diagnosis from you. Obviously the damage is not that bad because i dont suffer from it nor has my flexibility changed. But since i feel thee knee is not 100% as it should be im wondering if people think it could become a problem when doing LL. For example, if they have heard of someone else who had a "minor" knee damage and did LL, and how it went for him/her.
I actually went to a doctor and did a normal x-ray of the knee and it turned out there is nothing wrong. The big question though, is if a normal xray is enough or if a mri scan is required. Im confused.

I have a similar noise and a kind of click in my knee when i flex it. I havnt done LL yet so mabey its normal. Mabey due to a lack of exercise I dunno
