Take a full body picture of yourself in two different mirrors. Look closely at the length of your tibias. Depending on all sorts of variables, they will look very different.
The only reliable indicator is the measuring tape. P.S don't ruin your life with LL. Cheers.

Plus the picture only shows you in 2d and the angle of the camera and mirror also can have an effect. Using pics and measurements together is probably best and in the end you have to decide wether you like how you look or not. As long as you don't lengthen large amounts then you'll look fine and most people won't notice.

I think if you go over 4 inches 10 cm at most you will look really bad and i dont mean 10 cm on tibs for best looking perportions your probsbly better getting to surgeries but it cost more and takes longer to recover
