Proportions are looking very good for a 7 cm lengthening! Congratulations!

I don't know about the squat though haha

Can you translate TIBIKE?
Also, any particular reason why he can't do a full squat without lifts at the moment?
Chris, I must say you have a good physique and besides your femurs being longer than your body I must you look great man. One thing to ask, besides squats anything else you feel limited by since doing ll? Lastly, see if this video can help:

First the translation:
" I did femurs in 2004 in which I gained 7cm. The problem is that I can't do full squats (as seen in the photo without shoes). When I put the 6cm adding shoes of my girlfriend, I can do squats no problem. Seems like I need an extra 5cm on tibs in order to be able to do squats again".
Now to your question, in order to do a full squat with proper form, you need to have both good ankle range of motion (which wasn't affected by his femur LL) and also you back will round the further away your ass is from the heels. This is why a lot of powerlifters and weightlifters wear lifting shoes that have a 1 inch heel. Basically he can't do the squats because his ass is too far away now from the heels so he basically falls backwards
-
Okay . Is this the same for everyone who have done ll ?
-
So you want to perform another CS LL tibia surgery in order to squat again? Seriously? ;D

You really can not get your ass closer to the ground?
Is that the maximum you can put your foot towards your buttock?
At the moment I do bend and separate the heels of the floor I almost touch the ass on the floor, it will be about 10 centimeters ....
But without lifting your heels off the ground, do not go down as much as in the first photo that you leave on your feet. More or less.
This was like this before the operation?
