Can i know for those who had done CLL, what is your tibia:femur ratio now?
Normal range is 48:52 to 44:56. Do you fall out of this range after CLL? If it is, is that noticeable? Anyone in your life ever notice the disproportion?

I heard 40:60 was the maximum possible "natural" range without it looking disproportionate and 48:52 and 44:56 were just the ideals, but maybe I am wrong.
I've seen men with longer tibias than femurs around the place too... I've been ogling men's legs in public in order to gauge proportions. Wonder what they've been thinking lol.

Impossible you have seen men with legs as long as the thighs... What I did see (and to be honest more than the opposite) was men (tall or short) with tiny tibias compared to femurs
-
No, I definitely have seen a few. Maybe they were wearing lifts or something though.
-
Could be lifts... They are much more common than you think

Do you think a 60:40 ratio looks normal, then? I'm asking because I want to do internal femurs but my femurs are already quite long.

That's 0.6666(2/3rds) tibias to femurs. As someone with a 0.672 or something ratio, pretty close to what you're saying- nobody including friends that knew I did LL could tell that only the femur was lengthened when I showed them my new leg. They just said my leg looked long in general, and that's partly because they knew about it. I can definitely tell that these aren't ideal proportions and my femur's long, but they don't look bad, at least to me and everyone I asked. Wearing shoes(most normal shoes give a 1" boost) will improve your proportions too if you do femurs. I asked my personal trainer(who knows about my LL) if he'd notice something was off if he'd just met me- he said he wouldn't unless I did squats.
Personally, I say don't be afraid to have a 0.67 ratio but don't exceed that because it will definitely start looking odd.

Thanks Penguinn! :)

A lot of guys do seem to have naturally very long femurs- which is part of the reason I'm a bit sceptical that the 52-56 % "normal" or "natural" ratio range is correct.
Just google "long femurs" for an idea.

Is there any percentile graph sort of thing that can show us the general average tibia femur ratio of human?
