Title: Does flexibility impact greatly on the amount of lengthening?
Post by: want2btall on March 13, 2017, 11:06:41 PM
I am only able to barely touch the ground with my finger tips and im only able to do split up to 90 degree. Is this a very bad flexibility?

Is there anyone who had done the lengthening with about the same flexibility as me?

i think ur flexibility is about average. with consistent stretches it'll improve gradually. can u put ur palm on the floor?

i can only split up to 90 degree, it is considered about average? I can't put my palm on the floor, just able to barely touch the floor with my fingertips.
