I take a picture of me (a selfie) near a paper put at 5'10. I just look a little bit under, like 176 cm. Can I look taller than my real height ? That would explain why most people think I'm 5'9 or more

You can be nearby this mark because of camera angle,I also make photos of myself and a looked slightly over 6 ft mark but I know that wasn't my real height. Also physic of your body means alot

It's all angles. From a short angled mirror sitting on the ground I look tall and my legs look long. From a large mirror lying flat against the wall I look tiny and my legs look stumpy. I can not STAND to look in some large mirror or reflective windows because they make me feel so small. But at the same time, it's funny how those small mirrors make me feel a little better about my body, even though I know what's going on. Stupid primitive human mind lol.

What camera angle can give me the most realistic view of my height ?

No offense dude but it feels like you have asked this question before in diffrent ways. Sometimes you will just feel taller than you really are. The mind is a weird thing.

And sometimes I feel shorter
