What would the rehab timetable look like for CLL of Tibs with Dr M in London (or femurs although I'm not considering femurs) in the sports rehab clinic used by Dr Guichet's team at the Isokinetic centre in Harley St? In particular, session length, time of day, days per week, etc (a) before the procedure & (b) after? I'm considering a 1hr commute from home by train rather than hiring a room at London prices. Anyone done it? Is this a realistic cost-saving option?

Dear Sir,
The lengthening takes more time in tibias than in femurs, due to lower vascular supply, thus slower healing time. For the duration of the training, you need to do, if possible 6 hours a day. This allows to increase vascular supply, to improve recovery of flexibility and muscle force and to speed-up healing.
The rehab in London is spread between a World Excellence FIFA Center and a Gym under supervision of my Team.

No seriously is this really Dr. Guichet?
Never thought doctors like him or Paley would register at the forum.
In any case if it is the real Dr. I welcome him!

I hope it is him. I've been trying to book an appointment with him... I was beginning to think he had retired!
