I've been visiting this guy's website for a while; he's got some good stuff.

Good stuff man! I measured myself this morning and I nearly scraped 70.0" (was 69.8"), so I do lose .6" (1.5 cm) during the day from sitting at a desk all day lol.

Maybe these exercises and glucosamine can help me hit my target of a SOLID 70.0" (178 cm) nighttime height. That would be a 2 cm gain from my current nighttime height. Gonna be tough though, so I'll settle for 5' 9.75" (basically, retaining morning height)

It would be so great if that site found a way to be just 2CM taller -everything counts. If I could be 4CM taller by some kind of stretching/supplement/strange technique I could lengthen 6CM and be a glorious 188-9CM. That would be the dream.

Like I've mentioned in previous posts about Glucosamine, inversion tables, and gravity boots; it may be possible. The combination of glucosamine (helps cartilage discs retain height) and inversion (loosens the discs up), MAY be able to get that 2 cm. Glucosamine alone has been studied in a trial where the mean height gained after 8 weeks was .4 cm

I knew this website, everything written is just a load of bull s, the guy say you can gain 4 cm, which is far from being true, more realistically speaking, you may gain, nothing more one centimeter, unless you have a lordosis or a kyphosis

He actually says himself that probably no more than 5% or so of people will be able to grow up to 4 cm. I think this guy is legit; he doesn't sell any products, he had a very scientific perspective, and he doesn't promise any height growth.
