Title: Is doctor salameh in Germany safe?
Post by: jaymorgan712 on January 03, 2015, 01:21:09 PM
I have been speaking with him through email and he does not sound dodge (strange) at all. He acts like he knows exactly what he is doing. he has been very understanding and very comforting about my concerns and what complications may happen, but he it seemed like he knew exactly what he was doing and said if complications happen in the future, he would gladly get rid of any.

For those who don't know who he is, here is the link to his website. http://www.lengthening-sldf.com/ Has anybody done surgery with him before or know what goes on there?

Because I do believe this is the man I want to perform limb lengthening on me.

Thanks.

Jay

hey, paco1! Thanks for the reply. I have spoken with Schidt as well. Both seem very nice and understanding and experienced!

I am from Sydney, Australia,. It makes me hard for me, because the surgery is banned here. But I would prefer to get in done with DR. Salameh and Dr. Schmidt, because they both have been more honest with me than most surgeons.

my goal is to be at 5 centimetres taller in the knees. 5 centimetres apparently is the safest method and not many complications. How about yours?

My goal is 5, 5,5cm. I am planning my surgery  2 on february but before this i have one appoinment with doctor monegal in barcelona.
I think this doctor is a good decision, his device is very good and in some months this device is smaller because the doctor remove the bottom part. Salameh make the surgery and then doctor schmidt take care of you during lengthening.
You can read somes diaries in the old forum makemetaller.

Hi paco

Dr. Salameh ask me for 30 000 Euro for external or LON for femur.  How much is the cost for your surgery?

I would hardly call him "cheap". He charges about $35,000 for his special Salamehfix externals, while most cheap ll doctors will charge barely more than $10,000 for the surgery.

He's cheap all things considered. He charges 25k euro for tibs but 15,000 in Syria. You also get to do weight bearing early and go home in 2 months assuming you don't exceed 2".
