Title: the 2 most important diagrams for leg lengthening.
Post by: GROWtalORdieTRYING1 on October 29, 2014, 02:16:09 PM
these 2 diagrams indicate the normal range of motion which are most important for tibia and femur surgery.

these 2 (visual) indicators should be maximized before you even have surgery.

by maximizing stretching in both directions for femur(hamstring and quads), and dorsiflexion for tibia.

HOW WELL DO YOU COMPARE TO THE MEDICAL LITERATURE?

(I don't know) (but maybe this diagram applies to humerus)?

before humerus lengthening I think you should make your bicep and tricep more flexible. but with particular emphasis on the bicep.
